Our skilled craftsmen provide services such as color restoration, tear repair, stitching, cleaning, and conditioning of leather goods.

3. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your leather items
• Provide clear descriptions of the damage or issues that need to be addressed
• Pay all fees and charges incurred through your use of the Services at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred
• Collect your items within 30 days after being notified of completion
• Inspect your items upon collection and notify us immediately of any issues
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services

4. Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence in our craft, please understand that:

• Complete restoration to original condition cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of damage, wear, or material degradation
• Color matching may vary slightly from the original due to dye absorption differences in worn leather
• Timeframes for completion are estimates and may vary based on workload and complexity
• We reserve the right to refuse service for items that we determine cannot be reasonably repaired
• Some repair processes may slightly alter the texture or appearance of leather

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be determined after physical inspection of your items. A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment in full is required before the release of repaired items. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once work has begun on your item, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering work already performed. If we determine we cannot adequately repair your item, any deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for completed work that meets our quality standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Zatowe.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any portion of our Website without express written consent.

We may photograph repaired items for portfolio and marketing purposes. By using our Services, you grant us permission to use these images without compensation, while ensuring client anonymity is maintained.

8. Liability Limitations

Zatowe.com is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not noted during initial inspection
• Items left unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification of completion
• Inherent weaknesses in the original material that may become apparent during the repair process
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our Services

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the region. The arbitration shall take place in the city where our main workshop is located. The language of arbitration shall be in the official language of the country where our main workshop is located.
